Refunds Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

Returns

 

All returns must be made within Thirty(30) days from the date of purchase. All returned merchandise must be new and unused, with all original tags and markings attached.

 

Return Process

 

To return an item, please email customer service at thinkshowcn@gmail to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization, place the item securely in the original packaging, and mail the return to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

 

Refunds

 

Once we have received your return and inspected the condition of the item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the date we received your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
